Add contact/location information to the footer

By adding your contact details to the footer, you can display them alongside other vital information about your business, such as delivery/payment methods, social media profiles, legal pages, and other content pages you want to show in the footer.

You can add your business contact details, like your phone number and e-mail address, as well as information about your business location.

Depending on the footer layout you have selected, this is how the information could be displayed:

How to add your contact/location details to the footer

  1. In the sidebar of the administration, navigate to Editor.
    The Editor opens.
  2. In the bottom bar, select Footer area.
  3. Open the tab Footer sections.
  4. Next to the section  Contact, select Edit section.
  5. Activate the checkbox of the information you want to add.
  6. Enter the respective information:
    •  Phone number
      This information is automatically recognised as a phone number. Customers only need to select your phone number in the footer to automatically open your phone number in their phone app.
    •  Email address
      This information is automatically recognised as an email address. Customers only need to select your email address in the footer to automatically open your email address in their email account.
    •  Business address
      It is up to you whether you enter your full business address, just the city or even several cities, e.g. if you have more than one location.
      It is not possible to enter a link, for example to open your location directly in Google Maps.
  7. Once you are done, select Save.

You have added your contact/location details to the footer.
