Help centre Products Product handling Display labels/tags on product images Adding tags or labels to your products is a great way to draw your customers' attention to specific products. Added labels are displayed directly on the product images, so your customers will immediately notice them when browsing your shop. You can also add multiple labels to a product, allowing you to combine different messages according to your needs. Info The font and colour of your labels will be adjusted to match your shop's design settings to ensure a consistent look and feel. How to add a "SALE" label Use this label for discounted items. A "SALE" label attracts attention and can motivate customers to make a purchase, especially in combination with a temporary discount campaign, thereby promoting sales. With this label, a product may become particularly attractive to deal hunters / more price-conscious customers. This is how it's done: In the sidebar of the administration, navigate to Products → View products.The table shows an overview of all products in your shop. Select the respective product number in the table or add a new product. Move to the Price section. Under More options → Add "Sale" label, select Yes. Caution Make sure you only add the label when you have actually reduced the list price, and remember to remove the label again when you reverse the price change. Select Save. You have added a "SALE" label. To remove the label again, select No under Add "Sale" label. How to add a "NEW" label Use this tag for newly added products. A "NEW" label makes customers aware of recently added products. This shows that your shop is regularly updated. The label also helps regular customers find new products more easily. This is how it's done: In the sidebar of the administration, navigate to Products → View products.The table shows an overview of all products in your shop. Select the respective product number in the table or add a new product. Move to the General section. Under More option → Add "New" label, select Yes. Under Expiry date, you can set when the label should be removed automatically. Info The time frame for displaying a "NEW" label is typically two to four weeks. 2 weeks: Suitable for shops with regular product updates or frequent product changes. 3–4 weeks: Suitable for shops with less frequent updates or a more selective product range.
