Help centre Editor Content elements Offer a contact form A contact form allows customers to reach you directly if they have questions. You can place a contact form on any page of your shop. Many merchants create a dedicated contact page to highlight contact information and make it easier for customers to get in touch. How to add a contact form In the sidebar of the administration, navigate to Editor.The Editor opens. Navigate to Pages. Select the page to edit or add a new page.A preview of the page opens on the right-hand side. Navigate to Content elements → Contact. Drag and drop a contact element to the desired position.You can only drop content elements into the blue areas of the page. If required, you can display a checkbox under the contact form for customers to confirm your privacy policy before sending their message. By default, this checkbox is hidden. To enable it, hover over the contact form, and select . In the Legal settings dialogue, activate the checkbox and save your changes. The checkbox now appears between the Message field and the Send button. The checkbox may be legally required in some countries. You have added a contact form to your page. Info Requests from contact forms are sent to the email address displayed in the blue info box. This box appears when you hover over the content element in the Editor.
