In your shop’s administration area, you can get an overview of your shop’s customers.

How to access your customers information

In the sidebar of the administration, navigate to Customers. There you will see various information such as the customer number, the name, but also, for example, their last order number, and how long they have been customers. If you hover over the Envelope.png, you can also see the customer's email address. If you select it, your default mail account will be opened so that you can easily contact the customer.

To access more information about a customer, select the respective customer number in the first column. Each customer detail page is separated into two tabs:

  • On the default tab Customer data, you can also see the billing address and make some settings, such as changing the customer number and selecting the customer group.
  • On the second tab Orders, you can see a detailed list of this customer's orders, including the order's status. Additionally, you can manually create a new order for this customer.

How to manually create a customer

You can also create a new customer manually.

  1. In the sidebar of the administration, navigate to Customers.
  2. Select + Add.
  3. Enter the personal information of the customer. All fields marked with * are mandatory.
  4. If you like, you can also change the customer number and assign a customer group in the grey header.
  5. Select Save.
