Availability settings

The availability of your products is automatically displayed in your shop, depending on their stock level. There are a total of three stock levels, which resemble a traffic light.

You can define the texts that are displayed for the following options:

	Sufficient products in stock The stock level is equal to or above the minimum you have set.
	Stock level below minimum The stock level is below the minimum you have set. You can define the minimum stock level individually for each product in the product settings. For further information refer to Stock level & Minimum stock level.
	Product sold out The stock level is 0.

With the email notifications "Minimum stock level reached" and "Product sold out", you can specify that you receive an email when the minimum stock level of a product is reached or a product is sold out. For further information refer to Set up email notifications.

How to edit the availability texts

1. In the sidebar of the administration, navigate to Settings → Product display and open the tab Availability.
2. Enter the texts that should be displayed on the product page for each stock level. You can use the #StockLevel placeholder to display the exact stock level for the product.
   If the stock level is below the minimum you defined in the product settings, your customers will see the specific stock number in the message. For example, Only #StockLevel left in stock turns into Only 4 left in stock.
3. Select Save.

You can use the advanced search function to find products in your shop whose stock has reached a certain level or which are sold out. Other search options such as Stock level below minimum or Visibility simplify the monitoring of stock levels and availability.
