Delete customers

  1. In the sidebar of the administration, navigate to CustomersCustomers.
  2. Activate the corresponding checkboxes for all customers you want to delete. You can also use the search bar at the top to search for specific customers.
  3. Select DeleteIconGrey.png.
    A new page opens on which all selected customers are listed.
  4. Confirm your choice by selecting Delete.

You have deleted all selected customers.

When you delete customers, all orders that have been placed by those customers will also be deleted. Therefore before taking this action, if you wish to retain documentation on those customers’ orders you can download the customer invoices in the form of PDF files.
