Update from the Base to Now version: checking eBay settings

This article is exclusively for retailers who have been offered a switch to the Now version from the Base version in the administration area of your shop.

General information about eBay

You can also sell your products on eBay. For you as a retailer, eBay is an excellent way to attract new customers and benefit from the fact that eBay has millions of users. Before you can set up eBay for your shop, you must first register on eBay as a seller. If you have already done this for your old shop, you do not need to do it again.

To configure the settings for eBay, go to the main menu in the administration area, select Settings, and then eBay.

Transferring eBay settings when updating from Base to Now

If you were selling products on eBay through your Base shop, the relevant settings will be transferred to your Now shop. Selling on eBay via the Now shop has been reworked. For example, the display of listings on eBay is now optimised for mobile devices.

Check eBay settings

Before going live with your shop, be sure to check that the connection to eBay is working as it should.

Go to the administration area of your Now shop, select Marketing, and then eBay. Check that your eBay account is listed here, the other settings for eBay, and the display of listings.
