Help centre Products Product handling Set customer-specific prices You can set special prices for each of your customer groups. This allows you to offer discounted prices to regular customers, for example. The customer-specific prices are displayed to your customers on the product page in the section Bulk discount. These prices are only displayed to customers of the respective customer group if they are logged in. Any other bulk prices you may have set, will then no longer be displayed to these customers. Customers of the respective customer group will not be informed that the displayed prices are customer specific. Example A product costs £10 per item. You have set a customer-specific price of £8 per item and a quantity of 2. When customers of this customer group buy two items of this product, they will only pay £16 instead of £20. By adding a discount of 25%, the price reduces further to £12. How to set a customer-specific price To be able to set customer-specific prices, you must first create at least one customer group. For further information, refer to Customer groups. In the sidebar of the administration, navigate to Products → View products. Select the respective product number of the product you would like to edit in the table or add a new product and set it up. Open the tab Customer-specific prices. Select the customer group for which you want to set discounted prices. Enter the number of items of the product the customer must purchase to receive the discounted price in the column Quantity. Make the settings for the discounted prices: If you want to define a different price for the product, enter it under Price per item. If you would like to grant a percentage discount, enter it under Discount. If you do not enter any values, the normal product price/no percentage discount or the values specified in the line above will be applied automatically instead. Apply your settings by selecting in the corresponding line. If you want to set further discounted prices for this customer group, repeat steps 5-7. Once you are done, select Save. You have set customer-specific prices for the product. Repeat the steps above to set customer-specific prices for other customer groups/products. If you want to check the display of the customer-specific prices in your shop, make sure that you are logged in with a customer account that is part of the respective customer group.
