Enable customers to contact you

It can be important that your customers are able to easily contact you. For example, if they have a question or want to give you feedback regarding your products. That is why you should consider displaying your contact information in your shop.

Different ways to display your contact information

Make sure your contact details are easy to find. This way, your customers can effortlessly get in touch with you.

There are multiple ways to display your contact information in your shop:

Contact page

This puts your contact information into the spotlight. By additionally adding a contact form, you can further encourage your customers to reach out to you. This way, you do not only inform your customers about your contact details, but also provide them with a direct communication channel without them even needing to leave your shop.

Use a friendly and inviting tone to let your customers know that you are happy to help them. You could, for example, use phrases like this:

  • "Contact us - we're happy to answer any questions you might have."
  • "We're here to help! Reach out to us, if you have any questions."
  • "Feel free to reach out with any questions – we're here happy to assist you!"

For further information, refer to Offer a contact form.

Help your customers to help themselves

Depending on the number of inquires you receive from your customers, it can be a lot of work to answer to all of them. You might be able to reduce those inquiries by collecting frequently asked questions on a dedicated FAQ page. You could also mention and link the FAQ page on your contact page and/or prominently display a link to it in your footer.
